The #HealthXPH tweet chat is six years old. Every Saturday night, the community gathers on Twitter to answer T1, T2 and T3. It’s part of my normal. I’m writing this amid the CoVID-19 pandemic, where the normal gets redefined every day. The last time I went to clinic and saw patients was March 13. I have not been out of the house since then, because of the Manila community quarantine. If and when this quarantine will end, everyone is waiting to hear. But the #HealthXPH chat goes on, as usual.
Remo moderated the #HealthXPH tweet chat last week, on turning quarantine into quality time. He also shared this article recently: 20 questions to ask instead of “How are you doing right now?” I bet you’ve been asked that countless of times in the past weeks.
As for me, you’d know how I was doing from my tweets.
I asked my friends to vote for 4 questions out of the 20. I said I would then use these 4 questions for the #HealthXPH tweet chat on Saturday 25 April 9 pm Manila time. Some of the votes were a tie so I made some choices too.
T1. What habit have you started, or broken, during the quarantine?
T2. What are some things you have realized that you don’t really need?
T3. What problem – either yours, or something more global – do you wish you could solve?
T4. What’s something you own that feels useful?
Note: The title is the question asked at the first step of basic life support. Do you know what follows if the person you are trying to help is unresponsive … Shout for help! See you at the tweet chat.
